Return
I need to return something – RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Email sales@eaw.com. Add “RMA” to the subject line and provide the following:
- Invoice Number (if you don’t have this call us at +1 (508) 234-6158/1-800-992-5013 during regular east coast business hours)

- Quantity to be returned
- Reason for return
- EAW will respond within 24 hours with an RMA number and address for shipment
- Package the product and add the RMA number prominently to the outside of the box and to any included paperwork. Ship to the address provided.
Repair
I need something repaired – Repair
- Email service@eaw.com. Add “Repair” to the subject line and provide the following:
- EAW will provide the contact for our 3rd party repair center
- Instruction will be provided by the repair facility
Part
I need a part – Parts
- Email parts@eaw.com with “parts” in the subject line or call +1 (508) 234-6158/1-800-992-5013 during regular east coast business hours and provide the following:
- Model number (serial number if available)
- Brief description of the part needed (I.E. woofer or crossover)
- EAW will provide a quote for the part (if not warranty)
- Once we have your purchase order, we’ll send the part(s)
